Planning a funeral is never easy, especially when your emotions are so raw. I felt so anxious but Anne's warmth and calmness soon had me feeling more relaxed. Anne really listened to what we wanted for my brother, took time to understand him as a person, but also managed to keep things moving along.
She was so supportive and guided us so well that by the time the funeral took place, we new everything was going to be perfect and it certainly was. Nothing was too much trouble for Anne. She came highly recommended and we couldn't be more pleased with the send off for our brother.
