Never have I had such an appalling massage or facial!! Totally unprofessional! dirty rooms and towels! inferior products and a face mask from hell - I couldnt wait to get home and wash my face! The young girl had absolutely no massage experience and I even paid extra for a Deep Tissue massage - I felt like I had been massaged by a wet fish - Gross. Nobody saw me out - I did not get my $20 gift voucher towards my next treatment as they said in the voucher - not that I would ever go there again - APPALLING!!!!!
