DON'T DO IT! Poor customer service and very bad quality hardware!!
They were quick to take my money online when I thought I was only being charged a deposit. They have NEVER answered the phone when I've called to confirm any details regarding pick up times. I sat outside the CLOSED store on pick up day wondering how on earth I'd get the machine I'd paid $245 for. Finally after 20 mins they returned my call. Then when I sighted the dusty machine I asked if there I could call at any time for support. Well I call twice and had no response. The machine could not be adjusted so the backing music was so soft it couldn't be heard, the microphones would screech with any movement and the karaoke songs were limited (jukebox songs much broader)...A very very disappointing end to what was an awesome 70th birthday party. Do yourself a favour and find a more reputable provider.
