we use this shop and have done for 4 years every thur night... the new owners have really put a dampner on the store.. previous owners were FANTASTIC but unfortunatly cant say the same for the new owners... They have cut all quantities and your paying the same amout. We ordered $4 of chips 3 weeks ago for myself,partner and a 3y/o and honestly there was no more than one handful.. i called and let them iknow i was not happym and that i was a regualr and their reply wo me was" well sorry lady but the price of chips have gone up" didnt appreciate this... i told them that when/if i order next time i would like the extra free.. we got these the other night but they were still very rude when we went in to pick them up

Absolutly FANTASTIC... wonderful clean salon with all the items you need on display sor sale... Staff are the greatest and very very friendly.. i have been going there for over 15 years and would not go anywhere else.. cuts are cheap with fantastic results compaired to others and i now take my 3yo daughter there and she has a chat with the girls and cant wait for her cut to be finished so she can dive into the lollie jar...lol

for being such a huge place i was amzed at actually how many staff member were on hand to help out... even if it wasnt their area they got straight onto someone else to come down and help out. Everything is very easy to find and aisles are well labelled

found the open bus tour was great .. were able to take some fantastic close up pics with alot of details... the tour guide was fantastic and there was plenty of room on the bus. The gardens were lovely and well maintained and overall we had a great day out with the In laws who were down from SA

we normally go at least once a year and i would have to say that this year was amazing... although some of the habitates were closed and for one we didint get to see the seals... the improvments and the grounds and surrounds were fantastic. The park is so clean and is a wonderful day out

Had both my children there and after a very complicated 2nd pregnancy i foung the staff absolutly amazing in my time of stress. I also had my son in SCN for 2.5 weeks and those ladies are the best.. so reassuring and was able to talk to them any time of the day or night
