I had a problem with my iPhone - had to press too hard on the icons and buttons. Took my phone here. Long (his name) said he thinks it was the glass cover but it could have been other things. Long organised a deal for me. He would keep my glass cover and if the new one didn't work he would replace it again with my original at low cost. So took the risk with me which I thought was very ethical. Works great- very happy
