Upon first looking into Hypoxi, I have to admit I was sceptical that it could do all that it claimed! But after having done it now for 3 consecutive cycles it's the only thing that seems to have 'shifted' my uncomfortable tummy weight. I still have some way to go but it really is a low impact exercise with BIG results and especially GREAT if you are recovering from an injury. All the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and Marita (the Business Owner) is dynamic and not pushy at all in selling the program. She also offer's 'deals' from time to time to keep you inspired beyond the recommended 12 sessions.
