Donnellan Constructions undertook a major renovation of our home. One of our our biggest criterias for engaging the builder was whether we considered would we get along with the each other especially when issues arose, as we knew that with such an extensive renovation there would be issues during construction. We felt comfortable with Heath from the first interview with him. Issues did arise on site and were dealt with very proffesionally and we never felt a loss of trust between us. Constructing homes for people is not an easy task not just the technical building aspect but forming working relationships with your client. Heath and his team did both very well and we would happily recommend Donnellan Constructions to any of our friends.
