The receptionist got my booking time wrong three times via email so I thought it best that I reconfirm the day before. She was very rude about it and didn't offer any apologies. I made mention that this is not great customer service. To my astonishment, on the day of the job and 2 hours prior to the appointment, I received an email from Paul saying that he is cancelling the job without prior warning and refuses to do any jobs in future. He stated that his receptionist who is also his daughter said that I was abusive. It is laughable because all I said was this is not great customer service. Pretty drastic a measure if your customers are met with an incompetent receptionist who can't even take down the correct booking time. Very unprofessional and truly disappointing.
