Alwyn analysed and repaired an electrical fault in a ceiling light and also replaced the light switch for us. He also resolved an issue with our oven light globe continually burning out. Alwyn thoroughly explained what needed to be done and why. He was very polite and good-humoured, and readily provided us with some very helpful tips to prevent future problems with the oven light. He arrived on time and his charge was very reasonable.

Approximate cost: $135

This review is for Barry Morgan Plumbing, Kurrajong NSW

Barry replaced the old hot and cold pipes travelling through our bathroom vanity with new flexible hose, and replaced the taps with new ones that we supplied. It was a very time-consuming and difficult job to get the old taps off - they had been in place for decades and refused to budge. Barry ended up having to angle-grind the wretched things off! But throughout it all he remained polite and good-humoured, and cleaned up very well after the job was finished. Barry thoroughly explained what needed to be done and why. He arrived on time and his charge was very reasonable.

Approximate cost: $160

This is a small owner-operator business that is run by two brothers: they are extremely knowledgeable, impeccably honest, very reasonably priced, and always courteous. I have taken a succession of cars to them for many years, and I cannot fault this business.

The produce is always beautifully fresh, on average it is cheaper than the supermarkets, and they stock a great range including the in-store deli which sells fantastic cold meats, cheeses, olives, canned goods, etc. They also offer a 10% discount to Seniors Card holders on all fresh fruit and vege on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The staff is always friendly, polite and efficient; and there is parking just outside the door in a large carpark. I cannot fault this business and thoroughly recommend it.

I was searching for a copy of a particular book which appeared to be out of print, out of stock and unavailable just about everywhere ... then online I tracked down a copy at Central News Bunbury. After buying it I received a confirmation email immediately, plus advice of despatch. It arrived quickly with a very reasonable charge for postage, well packed and in excellent condition. Couldn't be happier with my dealings with this business.

Approximate cost: $12 purchase + $6 postage
