I have ordered from this company multiple times. They are the epitome of customer service. I have never had to deal with a nicer company. When you email their customer service they ALWAYS reply within the hour, mostly within 5 minutes! They are also more than helpful and don't push push push to buy products like a lot of places do. For one issue they told me a simple remedy for my fish from stuff I had in the pantry!

The most recent order I had to call the company as an air pump I had just received was defective and they immediately sent out a new one and told me to keep using the old one until the new one arrived (only one outlet was working not both). Before calling Aquatic Supplies, I called the manufacturer who put me on hold for over 35 minutes. Frustrated I just called Aquatic Supplies who corrected the issue immediately and without hesitation.

This is the best company - I will continue to order from them. Everyone makes mistakes and items come with manufacturer defects - but a good company like this replaces things that are not working. The customer service representatives are among the friendliest and most knowledgeable people. A real delight to deal with!
