Service was pretty disinterested, the food wasn't bad but took a heck of a long time to arrive. Had to clear our own plates to make room for a dessert plate. All in all, wouldn't go again.

I've always found the staff here to be the friendliest I've encountered in hotels. Nothing is too much trouble and they're always happy to help. The rooms are clean and comfortable, bathrooms could use an upgrade at some point. The only downside would be the parking/drop off area. It's ridiculously busy, but the concierges/valets seem to manage remarkably well
Had a couple of shocking experiences in Bunnings, will not be returning and would encourage anyone to shop elsewhere! Tried to price match one, as they advertise (it was a fair few dollars dearer in Bunnings) to be met with much tutting and disdain. Also had the misfortune to ask someone where hinges are, to be told it wasn't their department and they didn't know... no further explanation given, no assistance in finding someone who did know. Went elsewhere.
An unusual gym, unlike all the other large roomed sterile gyms, this is a more comfortable, homely environment. Completely unintimidating. The prices are very reasonable, the equipment and classes are varied. The only downside can be that some classes are very busy, but that it because they are so good!
We went in to purchase some door furniture, and found them to be surprisingly helpful. Although they didn't have what we were looking for at the time, ordering was suggested as were alternative. This was in stark contrast to another hardware supplier, and it seemed as though they really wanted to help.
The pizza here is fantastic, it keeps us coming back time after time. Such a variety of unusual toppings and different choices (loving potato on pizzas). The service to start with was better, but seems to have relaxed some. We've been to pick up telephoned orders a few times now, have announced who we are on the way in only to have to again query later, after watching a pizza sit there for a while, if it's ours. Other than that, great food, well worth a visit.

The food in Montezuma is good, all dishes seem relatively similar though, so it doesn't much matter what you order! The thing that makes it really stand out though is the fantastic ambiance and great value. To find a restaurant with main meals at this price on Hasting St is amazing. Can be very busy, definitely worth making an advance booking.

Such a different shopping experience than the supermarkets. Going in it's clean, well laid out and the food looks fantastic. You'd expect it to be a lot dearer than the supermarkets, but I've compared various fruit and veggies and they actually come out cheaper! The quality, freshness and variety is amazing, but what really makes it stand out for me is how friendly the staff are. They've always treated me very well, regardless of my purchase (small, reduced or with a discount voucher). Very down to earth.

They stock an amazing variety of the top brands of kitchen equipment and some unusual cooking accessories. Unfortunately the service is lacking. When I queried about the availability of a certain item, I was quite simply dismissed. No suggestions of alternative, ability to order in or anything else. I felt as though I was wasting their valuable time.
A fantastic authentic Lebanese meal. Unusual experience, feels a bit like being part of their family at a family dinner! We were so engrossed in that feeling that we even cleared our own table for them. Food was great, good amounts and fantastic value.
