Do not go any where near this business. After 3 years and a so called 20 year warranty we can not get a resolution. We are now going to VCAT to get our monies back. Its like the insulation debacle our home is a fire risk and the ACCC has even said that the Managing director has form.

Its a father son business, they go out of their way to ensure they do whats required plus more. Their prices are more than reasonable and the repeat business seems to hold them up. They are car nuts and ensure they do their best even helping when looking to buy a second hand car.

Their customer service doesnt exist They are the most inept company Ive ever had the misfortune to deal with In 18 months we have generated all of 18 watts, not even a kilowatt. Then they have the audacity to want to send one of their electricians and if he doesnt find a fault they want me to pay. When I asked for an independant they refused.

I spotted a rack full of cardigans that had been marked down from $49.95 to $39.95 and as I am always on the lookout for a bargain proceeded to the cashregister. Well after they tried to charge me full price the floor girl came over I showed her where I go it from, she went back to confirm price. When the Service for rude approached and said we were wrong that its price is $49.95. Now on principle and pure customer is right attitude I asked to speak to the floor manager, gone to lunch asked for the store manager, to busy to see you HUH.. I said I will wait, then she told me to step outside and wait. Well the hackles went up and I said no I had waited in the queue to be served and I will wait till I am served, then I turned and apoligised emphatically to the other shoppers to which I was applauded and told dont give up your ground. So Miss Rude service went away and came back and said the manager said I could have it for $45.00 No I want it for the full reduced amount (In the meantime 2 other ladies went and got the same cardigan) Long story short I eventually got it at the reduced rate and the other 2 shoppers were being charged the full price then they also said they would wait. Eventuall they to got it at the reduced rate

Needed a dress for a sons Naval Graduation, the help and honesty was a shining light
Nothing was to much trouble and instead of patronising me they were honest and even rang around to find the dress in my size
