Biggest regret giving this salon a go. Had a gut feeling to just get up and walk out when the girl doing my hair seemed very 'out of it' and didn't seem to understand what I wanted. Took 3 visits to correct parts of the bleached 'stripey' foils which have instant re growth look, and it's still not right. Now it's patchy and mottled looking, and far too dark on sides. To make matters worse, because they had to colour over the bleach three times, my long hair has, and is STILL snapping off halfway down! I now have thick chunks of shorter hair, that look like 'long sideburns' and cannot tie it back without these ugly, dark coloured 'sideburns' falling out. Extremely concerned as to how much more will continue to fall out. It is dry and in the worst condition it's ever been in. The ends are splitting up to halfway at the moment, I've taken great care with my hair and hadn't had split ends. I'm so worried as so much splits and breaks off each day. Disappointed is a gross understatement. Was hoping to have my hair in good condition for wedding, but will take me over a year to grow back.
Also- paid almost $200 for visit (colour only) and then left with damp hair each time. Not great service.
