Quality blinds were recommended to us by a friend. We had roller blinds and plantation shutters measured and installed. They did what they said, when they said they would. We had a problem with the base of a roller blind. This was a manufacturing problem. They came and fixed it, but we're not happy it happened and replaced all three of the blinds they had supplied.
