Bought a monitor that, when we got it home, we discovered it had a broken screen. We took it back immediately, but the store refused to replace it, or refund us, ore even accept the broken monitor. When I finally got to talk to a [redacted due to personal identifier] he flatly accused us of having broken the monitor ourselves, and in a later email conversation threatened to take us to court for fraud...perhaps if we'd checked the online review sites we might have not made this mistake...there are many similar horror stories, some almost identical. So whatever you do, save yourself a lot of grief and avoid them like the plague.
