This review is for Botanical, Toowong QLD

I'm breaking a long-held rule here: I never like leaving bad reviews. But this time I am so appalled at the quality of our experience that I just can't not say anything.

We (a family party of ten) ate lunch at Botanical and boy what a mistake that was. Not only is the menu over-priced but the quality of the food was horrendous.

I'm sure the staff morale at this establishment must be at rock-bottom.

The worst part of our experience: The main meals, the price, the lack of service, the food on the floor.

The best part: the chips were nice and I liked my coffee!

Even the Botanic Gardens are suffering due to the cross-city tunnel construction that has robbed half the gardens of their grounds.

Very sad.

This review is for The Natural Foodstore, Forest Glen QLD

We shop at the Natural Foodstore two or three times a week. I always get to have a chat to the staff. Everyone is friendly and really know their stuff when it comes to heath food.

Stay away from the Pink Lady Apples ... otherwise there will be none left for me and the kids!! :)

Check out the COYO Coconut Yoghurt and the chocolate blueberries, and the 70% Dairy free Dark Chocolate and the... the list is endless.

Watch how big this store grows. There will be half a dozen around the nation in no time.

Tip: rock up on Thursdays and you'll catch Jim cooking out the front. Grab a sample of his concoctions and pick up his free recipe so you can make it for dinner that night.

This review is for Rainbow Fuel, Caloundra QLD

Love these guys. Everyone who works the counter (I'm guesing they're all family) are extremely friendly. The fuel is always the cheapest or they match the price that you get elsewhere with a Woolies or Coles discount.

Another bonus is the price of the stuff in the shop. Coke cans are $1.20 ... no one sells cans of coke for that price anymore.

Top review all round from me. I've been a loyal customer for the 3 years I've been living in Caloundra.

This review is for Mobile Auto Trimming and Roof Linings, Kunda Park QLD

verified email - 25 Oct 2012

Mark and his apprentice (his son, Ben) did a great job re-lining the roof on my Magna. As a second car the Magna has been neglected from day one. The boys fixed the lining in a flash. While they were at it I asked if they could take a look at the door trims too, since our four your old Chief Destructor has been ripping the fabric off whilst sitting bored in his car seat.

Mark said it would cost $25 each door. I nearly broke my hand getting my wallet out of my pocket. The door trims on most cars are a pain in the rear-end. 25 bucks is a bargain.

Two and a half hours later I had a brand new roof lining and four new door trims.

Couldn't be happier.

Tip: ask Mark about his 'Tuff Mudder' fitness addiction. Good stuff.

Approximate cost: $250 all up
