I like this place because its in the middle of the city. The atmosphere is nice and romantic with upstairs seating too, and dimly lit as well. However last time I went there I was extremely unimpressed by the waiting time that it took for my slice of choclate mud cake to be served. The cake was already prepared in the desserts fridge all they had to do was to chop a slice and put it on a plate. This amazingly took at least 35 minutes to do. Also, my friend ordered the chocolate croissant which was not impressive either - it was just an ordinary croissant with choclate topping swirled on top of it.. And all that costed $11 !! Way over priced. Don't think I'll be coming here again

Very authentic Chinese yum cha food. Dishes are steamy and freshly cooked. The menu is large with a wide variety of different asian specialties. i especially love the desserts there, coconut pudding and mango pudding. the prices are a bit expensive though and the place is always packed its so hard to find a seat, and also the place is very very loud like most asian restaurants, therefore i wouldnt recommend going there for a quiet /romantic date out, probably more suitable for a family casual outing.

Soup base tastes bit like MSG rather than the real beef noodle soup. However the serving sizes are quite large and good value. For money. I love the three coloured bean here. They are very generous with the pandan flavoured jelly and red beans! However service can be a bit slow as it gets quite busy sometimes. Will definitely come again

Have been here quite a few times, the pho is pretty good except the soup base tastes more like MSG than the real beef soup. The price is quite reasonable. Ten dollars for a medium bowl. I highly recommend the mayonnaise chicken, it is very worth the money with the pieces of chicken that they serve. The seating and atmosphere is pretty nice however it's quite busy and packed during lunch times due to its location being close to uni, therefore many uni students always eat there for lunch. I would go again.

The atmosphere and enviornment is pretty good. The set up is nice with mirrors on one side of the restaurant however the space is very limited the seating arrangements is a bit squishy. Not very comfortable seating due to the limited space. the quality of food is not great, either very oily or not flavoured enough. The costs are also a bit pricy. Nothing impressive during my visit there, don't think I'll be going again

Good family dining restaurant . Not pricey, good for a casual night out. Casual seating available. I always order the hot chips here they are delicious and juicy. The oysters are rich in flavour and cooked well! There are also a range of nice desserts in the fridge at the front. Highly recommend this place for a casual family night out

Food was delicious, serving size was huge! Very filing , the pasta was rich in flavour. I ordered the seafood pasta and they were very generous with the scallops and oysters! The place is always packed and busy, but the customer service is still very good. Waiters are friendly and patient. However only down side is that the food is quite pricey! I would only come here for special occasions. Not on a regular basis. Make sure u make a booking if u want to get a seat!

Food very delicious, freshly cooked and rich in flavour. Authentic Italian pasta, lasagna and salads. I particularly love their Greek salad and lasagna. The food is a bit pricey though. The customer service is good, and the place is always busy. Make sure u make a booking before going. Would go there again if the food wasn't as expensive

This place is always very very busy but I don't understand why. The food is nice but not extraordinary. Perhaps people like the food because it appears to be quite healthy , ie less oil , fatty etc. however the food is extremely overpriced!!! It is so expensive and the serving sizes are quite small too, I had a sandwich for $11 dollars and wasn't even half full - I usually don't eat much I'm only a little woman. The seating arrangement is a bit awkward, very packed and not very spacious, usually people have to sit outside as well. I've been here many times but on one occasion I was extremely disappointed to find a dead insect (green/brown in colour) in my spinach (probably wasn't washed properly) I approached the waitress about this, who took the plate back and returned with a new plate of food, and only said 'sorry about that'. Not happy about this experience. Definitely not going back again, hygiene is extremely important to me in terms of quality of food.

Customer service very poor. Called up to enquire about trading hours once, staff didn't understand what I asked and I had to repeat my question 5 times before she rudely replied that they were closed and hung up on me. Other times I've been there the staff are rude - I asked for hot tea and was given a pot of cold and very diluted tea that tasted like tap water. The dumplings taste good however and are quite cheap which makes up for the bad service. They over charge customers for the sauce though , and the take away containers cost $1 each which is a bit unreasonable. Come here if u don't mind being served with poor customer service
