Yeah this one's ok.
They have a lot of good things going for them, but they have a lot of competition being in a food court.
It's not my first choice, but I would go here in a pinch

Staff are very friendly and were happy to serve us despite us coming in before closing time. The food was tasty and authentic and I was given a generous serving of rice noodles.

I actually liked this! I didn't expect anything as I thought this place was a bit pretentious. But once inside, the atmosphere was tidy and the food was delicious. Their pho was cheaper than what you can get out around Hanson Road and their pork rolls are just a bit more than the average. But I guess you would expect to pay a little premium as it's in the middle of the city. The let down is that it a bit oilier than usual. But if you can get around that, then there's a hidden gem here.

The service. Good and they bring the food out to you
The value. It's standard pricing for the type of food offering
The food. Not that great. It's edible and passable as a quick meal, but having eaten a lot of Vietnamese food in my life, I am a bit biased in this area

Have been here quite a few times, the pho is pretty good except the soup base tastes more like MSG than the real beef soup. The price is quite reasonable. Ten dollars for a medium bowl. I highly recommend the mayonnaise chicken, it is very worth the money with the pieces of chicken that they serve. The seating and atmosphere is pretty nice however it's quite busy and packed during lunch times due to its location being close to uni, therefore many uni students always eat there for lunch. I would go again.

Approximate cost: $15

Best Vietnamese rolls I have had so far (and I've tried quite a few places!) I always get the combination roll, and they have the option of a sesame mayo as well as the original mayo used on vietnamese rolls. Great little spot that Uni students go on their breaks, so it can get quite busy. Also very good pho.
