Carolyn, Bec and the rest of the crew provide an amazing service to dogs and their owners.
Rudy was very timid after being rescued, and the staff at Dogs HQ have been invaluable in providing guidance and socialisation for him, and tips and valuable insight for us.
Sky demonstrates some dominance in certain situations, and Bec showed us how to recognise and manage this behaviour.
The staff are genuinely interested in animal behaviour and caring for the dogs--something my wife and I noticed lacking from a daycare we tried prior to Dogs HQ.

Came home to find our apartment flooded. We initially called a couple of other 'emergency' flood services, although none could get to the property for 5-6 hours. We called Capital Facility Services, and they arrived within the hour.

The initial assessment was performed quickly and the two men got down to business--all excess water was vacuumed, and they placed carpet fans and a dehumidifier to be picked up later.

They saved us heaps of work (and money), and salvaged our carpet and hardwood floors.
