If I could give a zero, I would.
Would never return there and after my experience with the service I have received, will never purchase a Hyundai again.

Victor took photos of large piece of paint missing from the bonnet of my car and told me a claim would need to be submitted to head office. He would come back within a week. Three weeks later (after calling them twice), Victor tells me this was denied. After calling customer cares, I learn that this was actually never submitted by South Morang Hyundai. Two months later, they still have not submitted it as they were extremely 'short staffed'.

Someone tell me how my claim could have been originally denied when Victor has never put it forward. Lazy, deceitful and AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
