I purchased an evening dress on preorder in February 2019, the expected shipping date advertised on the website was "February-April". I didn't receive the dress until mid-JULY. Customer service was appalling. After I finally received an email (in June) that the dress was ready, it took another 2 weeks for the dress to be sent. I no longer needed the dress by the time it arrived (which was 12 weeks later than advertised). They don't accept returns on preorders - even if they can't honor the delivery time frames advertised on their website (by months!). They also never had the courtesy to contact me about the significant delay, I had to chase it up with them. When I phoned to update my shipping address (after my email was ignored for a week), the woman was rude and disinterested. It is honestly the worst experience I have ever had buying something online. I can't believe they're in business. I will never buy anything from them again, the risk is too high.
