We had ducted air conditioning, with MyAir and Smart phone connectivity installed by Russell's company. Russell was professional and knowledgeable and gave us detailed information about ducted versus splits so that we could make an informed choice. Surprisingly to us, it was cheaper to install ducted air con. Russell always contacted us when he said he would and his team turned up on the day at the time he told us they would. They were friendly, respectful of our property and us and did a fantastic job, all in one day, and they tidied up! We would highly recommend Crown Power.
