Terrible service. Brought 2 chairs but told one wasn't in stock ( after I paid) they said they would contact in a day or two to when confirm ready ( as collecting from their storage), but they didn't. I emailed them. They then said no stock left.
I asked for refund. No answer to my 2 emails. So I rang them.
Spoke to guy who eventually told me it would take up to 5 days for refund to be organised. Not happy with this: I said their communication was terrible, along with his manner and poor customer service. Was told ' well that happens' !!
They also took back the 5% discount given when I brought chairs. Reeaally?? A token for my trouble would have been appreciated here. Very disappointed.
