Highly recommend Outback Jacks Knox City. I've been here a couple of times and have left very satisfied. The steaks are delicious and the Lamb Cutlet salad is the best and only $19.95! I think meals take a little longer to come out but they are cooked fresh!

I heard some great reviews about Dumpling King and decided to drop in with friends while in Box Hill. The dumplings were average and the customer service was poor. We had to keep calling the staff over to order drinks and food each time. The prices were a bit high also. Had better.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. Le Nail used to be 'Professionail' but the have changed names and the same grumpy staff work their. None of the staff smile and they are quite rude. The quality of the service is very poor and I highly recommend going elsewhere or not getting nails done at all rather than going here.

Yum! This restaurant sure has fresh food. The restaurant isn't the best visually but the food is well worth it! I bought a chicken laksa soup and it was the best I've had! The seafood dumplings were also the best dumplings I've had. The price was quite good too. Ive tried a lot of the restaurantas around the Box Hill area and this one definitely has the best fresh food so far.

Today I got a manicure and pedicure with Shellac for $55! This salon is a bargain. The ladies were friendly and happy to chat. The salon however was quite dirty and run down but they still seemed to clean everything down - eg after our pedicures we watched them clean the tubs with disinfectant. Considering how quiet it was I just expected the store to be a bit more clean. The job they did was great value though, happy with the result.
We went here for a cider in the sun yesterday while visiting from Melbourne. What a lovely view and atmosphere. We were going to order lunch but the menu was a bit too pricey. We ended up having some drinks and found a seat by the water. There are so many seats/tables so its a great place to visit on a nice day for a drink and a great view.
I went to lunch here today. It was all a bit of a kafuffle. The table we were taken to was filthy and not cleaned from the past diners, so they said to stand to the side while they quickly cleaned it. They never set our table up properly (missing cutlery and the bowl and wet cloths for the seafood). The queue was long to get food and considering you have 1.5hrs to enjoy the buffet this was a little annoying. Our pamphlet said unlimited soft drinks were included which upon ordering soft drinks we found out was incorrect. The food was average. The desserts, however, were amazing! They looked and tasted fantastic!

I really wish the Club Kilsyth would improve their menu and quality of food. Its pretty expensive and just not that good. I like the points system and the membership but the food is a let down each time I go. We often return as its walking distance from our house.
Yum, the food here is excellent. The vegetarian omelette for breakfast is divine. The food at night can sometimes take a while to come out as they cook it all fresh but it is well worth the wait. The staff/service and cost are all as per usual but the food is worth going for.
Calibar is a fantastic café/restaurant in the suburbs. I had my engagement party here. The pricing was excellent and its a modern room that you cant really get in the suburbs. I highly recommend Calibar for a function. We also get catering from here for our work functions. The food is of a high quality and the team of staff are excellent.
