Whilst not setting the world on fire in terms of aesthetics, there is a fantastic manger there (Paul I think) who really knows his stuff in terms of equipment and experience within Port Phillip Bay and the East Coast of Australia. Sometimes there is a lovely warming welcome from a Golden Retriever called Harry. The stuff he can take you on a guided tour even under Rye pier was something I never expected. Cudos Paul!!

Excellent caring service. Diagnosed my dog's tumour and operated within a few days. Kept in regular contact about his progress and looked after him so well. I reckon Chris the surgeon is outstanding as are the support staff. They are also open Sunday which is when we needed them. Thank you!

Very thorough and excellent customer service. They are willing to accommodate their customers needs and go through the issues in detail, and the shop is kept spotlessly clean. Bill took the extra time to try to work out a engine light problem at no extra charge - KMart stung me $99 to try to do the same with less success. Very highly recommended.
