We were at the events centre in Caloundra last November for the Caloundra Hogh Schools awards night which they hold there. The staff had everything organised really well, everything ran on time and the whole night went off really well. I will be happy to go back again for another event.

I went into mrs flannerys shop looking for some kits to buy to start growing sprouts for salads. i was in there about three weeks ago, the lady that was there showed me what I was after, she showed me the seeds that you used in it, alfalfa etc. as I hadnt done this before, she also gave me a bit of a run down as to how to grow them etc. So overall I found the service to be excellent and the prices were good too

I went into smooth body spa and beauty last month. I noticed it on my was into IGA to do the shopping. I got a gift voucher to give to my wife for $50. The girl at the counter was really helpful, she did up the gift voucher and put in a leaflet for my wife, so that she knew what their prices would be and could decide what she wanted done. She hasnt used it yet, but is looking foward to it. It seems a very relaxing type place.

I love spuds at the plaza, last time I was at the plaza, I got my lunch there, I ended up getting potato wedges and sour cream, they were delicious!!! I also got them to make me a hot chocolate as well as it was pretty cold that day, they had me served in no time. The spuds with fillings are delicious too, as I like to try something different each time I go.

I love QBD at the sunshine plaza, I was there last week and got a book for $5, I have read it already and would have been happy to have paid more for it, however I have always found the prices here really good. I am a member of their loyalty club, you get 10% of the average of ten purchases (I think) to spend there, I have to buy three more things before I get to cash in again. The girls here are always helpful. They were happy last time I was there to answer a question about a book that I was looking for.

I took the kids to the buddina beach shop yesterday to get something to eat for lunch. We ended up getting $3 of chips (with chicken salt, yumm!!!) and some cans of drinks. The man serving us assured us that $3 would be enough and even though we were all hungry it did fill us all up. Was the cheapest lunch I have had out for a while. We drove a couple of minutes away to la balsa park to eat them which was really nice, although they do have tables and chairs at the shop too. Would really recommend the takeaway here, although judging from yesterday, they do get busy!

I go to currimundi health foods at least every five or six weeks, most recently about two weeks ago. I went in and got some echinicia to boost your immune system etc for winter (dont want those colds etc). The lady that served me was great, I always feel welcome when I go in. They have ordered things in for me especially before when they havent had something that I wanted, which was great. It is a small shop, but is packed to the brim and has heaps of stock.

Last time I was up in Montville, I went in and had a look in Amazen. I love the Amazen shops, they are full of stuff for everyone. I ended up getting a game for my niece for her birthday, the best part is that the staff are so great, I was able to give them her age and they could recommend a few different games for her as I am not really sure of which games would be good for her age group, so the made my choice very easy. I cant remember the name of the game I got, you had to move pieces around is all I remember and apparently she loves it, so I got good advice

I went into kitchen bar and more about a month ago to have a look around and see if there was anything that I thought my Mum might like for a present. The lady working there came and asked me if I needed any help and was very happy when I said that I just wanted to have a look around. I ended up finding a really nice dish (melamine I think it was) that had strawberries all over it that I thought she would like and I ended up buying one for myself as well. I thought that they had a tonne pf atuff packed into the shop, and therefore its a great place to go for any kitchen type stuff and presents too.

The caloundra powerboat club is is the most perfect location, right on the edge of the pumicestone passage. We went a bout a week ago for a quick tea and I got steak and chips which was cooked really nicely and were well priced too. There was plenty of parking, although the car park does seem to get fuller duringbthe day with all the fisherman etc parking there. If you are after the view then make sure you go during the day. The staff are always lovely and were this time too. Great place
