I contacted Kevin at very short notice to find out if they could look after our dog Taj, as our usual plans had fallen through. Kevin was more than helpful and we were lucky enough to have Shona assigned to look after our beloved dog, she sent us regular updates and photos which gave us peace of mind knowing he was in great hands.
