Adam answered the phone (first call) and listened to what I was asking then sent an SMS with detail and acknowledgment of the call immediately. He turned up on time, as promised to quote the work. He gave me an idea of price on the spot then confirmed it via email (quote). When Adam turned up to perform the work he was at all times polite and acknowledging my questions and offering real solutions. He worked through each of the 4 small jobs I had, cleaned up the areas, then we spent 15 minutes chatting and sharing morning tea (cuppa) together. I thought the days of real service, commitment and a friendly smile were long gone, boy was I wrong. When Adam left I felt like I had known him for years.
