Outstanding service and reporting. I've seen what other inspection reports look like and while they're cheaper they do not contain the level of detail Action Property Inspections do. With the help of these guys we knocked $40k off the offered price on a property which wouldn't have been possible with a cheaper alternative. Highly recommend.
