Dean helped us out with a problem property. We bought an investment property at a really good price that had been tenanted for 9 years to a government funded tenant and financed it privately. After 4 years we decided to sell the property, but those tenants left and we then had great trouble replacing them. We had it on the market privately for nearly 2 years with a few nibbles (one offer was $20,000 less than the final sale), but nothing came through. As a last resort, we gave Dean a try as he said he wouldn't charge anything until the property sold, his rates we very reasonable, we were always happy with his service from his previous business and we thought we had nothing to lose. He ended up getting us well above market price by finding 2 buyers that really wanted the place. The result really helped us out and gave us the breathing space to get on with our lives.
