I bought a lovely coat there this morning. I asked the lady why you could not open the pocket. Was told people make them look untidy so they stitch them up to look neater. I sewed the buttons on as they were too loose. Then when I went to turn the cuff back part of it had never been sewn in at all! Then my trouble started, I think my hubby & I would have spent about an hour trying to open the pocket. It is sewn up so tight neither of us could see how to open it. My hand cramped so much we had to give up. Would anyone be kind enough to tell me how you do open these pockets as I would love to wear it! I hope someone has an answer as it is beyond both of us. Thank you. I think I should add they are very helpful there. Happy with it except I cannot wear it, yet!
