Absolutely terrible! Booked the job 6 weeks in advance. Got confirmation a week out and then again the day before. Movers were due to arrive between 9 and 10. When they still weren’t there at 10.15, I called the company only to find they had no one to do the job. No one had even attempted to contact me to let me know they weren’t coming. No apologies, no assistance given. Still waiting on my deposit back.
