Sunny deserves the highest recommendation. He installed a difficult and large split system in my house (internal wall) and I was impressed by his customer service and the level of attention and detail he put into the job. I had a look in the roofspace after installation - all the wiring was neatly clipped to the beams and the piping was installed with obvious care. He cleaned up thoroughly after the work and even took the time to demonstrate some of the more advanced features of the unit. Great customer service! I've recommended him to a number of people now. Thankful for his advice regarding the brand and size of the unit - he was very detailed in his analysis of my floorplan and construction and helped me select the best unit to achieve a balance of effectiveness and power efficiency. My winter gas bills have dropped significantly, yet the house maintains a comfortable warmth.
