I would like to start by saying that I haven't personaly spoken to nor purchased from this company but I have tasted many cakes and cup cakes from here and they are nothing but mouth watering and beautiful
My daughter is a liker of the FaceBook page and follows it often and in recent days we have seen that not only is the lady that runs it good in the kitchen she also handles complaints in the most professional way I have ever seen..... not that I have seen any against her/them but have seen a few against other cake places and even tho its not their complaint they always try to smooth things out between the customer and the place they are complaining about......AND they also freely give out advise and links (as I seen tonight) to other pages that may help the person with an inquiry

hats off to this company and I wish them well for the future and many more cup cakes in the meantime !!
