After wearing my 2 Blamey Saunders hearing aids for 3 weeks I feel compelled to write a few words. I actually visited their office in Melbourne as I was in town visiting relatives. I rang them before flying down and they asked me to email a hearing test so that they could "get the ball rolling". The test revealed that I had profound hearing loss in my right ear and significant hearing loss loss in the left.
They fitted and tested various options and within 1.5hrs I was on my way with 2 hearing aids that were balanced to my specific needs. The staff were fantastic. I have fiddled with the settings via the computer program to adjust/customise the music channel. The improvement in my hearing and quality of life is enormous. I won't hesitate in recommending their product or service. I'm not surprised that the traditional hearing aid companies are concerned about this new Australian company who deal directly with you.
