I was moving from mount Macedon and to help move my stuff I needed boxes that I wanted to buy. But few companies I called we're quoting a high price to deliver the boxes all the way out to Mount Macedon. They said as there is an atleast 70km drive from the city to my location it was not feasible for a low delivery fee. anyways I kept trying to find a reasonably priced service that will let me buy and get the boxes delivered to me. The boxes rental company agreed to actually deliver the boxes for free if my order was a big one. Luckily I needed around 60 boxes, big and small. The day the guy from the company delivered the boxes I was happy to see the boxes were in good condition and looked new. I used the boxes for moving and it helped me well. Overall the free delivery aspect made me like the company. I will consider them for any future moving plans I may have.

Living in house with 4 rooms of stuff to go to a new location, I was kind of dreading the packing I had to do. I enquired with the company that was scheduled to do my move if they can handle the packing couple of days before the move but our schedules didn't match for that. That's when I asked Diana removals if they can do a packing job on short term notice and they said yes. The office gave a good quote that was very reasonable for me and it fit in my plan of my move with a one day of buffer. They said they will also provide packing materials and will charge as per my request and need of those materials. The rates felt correct . Anyways on the day the team came and explained the prices once again do we are on same page. I agreed and the guys did the job in 4 hours! It was faster than I expected and the packing felt well done. Overall I give props to the company to do this job on short term notice and do it fast.

I moved a lot around the country more times than i can count. I have seen good moving firms and I have seen bad ones. Olivia’s removals was on the good side.

The company has given me nothing but excellent, worry-free and stress-free pickup and drop-off of my items. Right from talking to the nice lady who was on the phone to the guys who worked on the move the professionalism was there. The office negotiated with me for a quote that was indeed cheaper than the other firms by 150$ roughly. Yet the service was on par with the biggest companies out there.

My buddies are moving in the coming months and I have recommended Olivia’s to them as I do believe the company will fit their needs well. The plus points in summary would be the costs, courteous conduct, amiable behaviour and absolute attention to detail with the moving.
