Great initially and could talk the talk. We are now 4 months past our loved ones death. No death cert, unable to contact him on the phone, advising it’s births deaths and marriages problem but after contacting them they advise this is incorrect. Late lodgement and then advised by [Redacted name] that the issue is BDM have outsourced their call centre. Again another lie. All call centres are located in Australia. Whilst cheap and initially lovely. Very concerning post care. Also still have not got the cremation cert. Wonder if it really is our brother in the box.
