Had the cars mini detailed here and they did such a great job that the cars look like new. For $77 they were very very good and provided us with exceptional advice of how to protect the cars for the future. definitely will be returning and is a cut above other places

This review is for Olde Maritime Motor Inn, Warrnambool VIC

Had a room for 2 nights for $390, which had a Queen Bed, and single, a large room with great size bathroom and a great view to the maritime museum. Include in the price was a cooked breakfast for 3 on both days, and the food was absolutely delicious and ensured we didn't need any lunch or very little. The place is very clean with really friendly staff, especially Cheryl. Very convenient spot close to the beach and down to to lake Pertobe facilities, as well as the maritime museum which has a laser light show at night. Has a laundry with no cost for washing machine, drier had coin cost. Also has a gym. Totally recommend and need to book this place early to avoid disappointment.

Stayed in a Motel room here which had 1 queen and 1 single, and the place had no airconditioning and the room and bathroom were quite compact. Was very pricey at $160 for one night and seemed to have a lot of bugs around. You had to pay to use the laundry, and there was no free wifi. Unfortunately in this town it seems you have to accept whatever comes your way if you want to stay there. It's an ok place if you realise what you are up for well in advance.

This review is for The Ice-cream Tub, Apollo Bay VIC

This award winning Ice Cream parlour makes some of the best sorbets, gelati and ice cream. I scoop of gelati is $4.80, 2 scoops is $5.80. I had Tiramisu, and Pistachio which are both award winning ice creams and they certainly didn't disappoint. even a kiddies cone was $2 and the sorbet plum was divine. Definitely a place to go to if ever in Apollo Bay as it really hits the spot with true flavours and totally delicious.

Approximate cost: $5-6

Was blown away by this place. Had the best fish for a long long time. I ordered the $18 pack which had 2 blue grenadier, 2 craysticks, 2 potato cakes, 2 dim sims and minimum chips. The food was fresh and really hit the spot for this panoramic beachside town. Totally recommend this place if ever in Apollo Bay.

On our way to Renmark, we stopped off for lunch at this place as it was recommended to us. We ordered Pizza, and fish'n'chips for the little one(under $10). The food was so fresh and you could feel the country fresh. They really made us feel welcome and the prices compare very favourable to Adelaide prices. Around $20ish for a Large pizza. Truly awesome atmosphere in the heart of this little town. Definitely thinking of going back for a day trip experience, and the people who recommended were not wrong. Love the place

This review is for Renmark Hotel, Renmark SA

We recently spent a day in Renmark and ventured to this place for an evening dinner. it has a pleasant view of the river in front of it, and we were taken aback by them accommodating us with our little one. the have a play/toy room and offer great meal prices in the mid 20's to 30ish $ mark. I had the grilled porterhouse and the other half had a surf and turf. There is all you can eat salad bar which you can keep going back to, and the vegies are so fresh and appealing. The children's menu includes drink, and very well priced under $10. Whilst it's a distance to travel to but if you are ever in Renmark, totally recommend you use this place as it's family friendly and has a little bit of class as well.

This review is for Hala's Fish & Chip Shop, Findon SA

Decided to have traditional fish and chips this weekend and this place is always packed. Therefore the chips and fish are always fresh. Was able to feed the family for about $20 on a combo of fish and butterfish. A really good fish shop and great to be close by.

This review is for Spend-less Shoes, Adelaide SA

Spendless have been a round for years and I have shopped here many on occasions when I need a shoe for myself or the family which won't blow the budget and get us by. I recently bought 2 pairs of kids shoes, with the second half price. Really handy as I spent about $35 for 2 pairs, and kids grow out of their shoes so quickly, it's a shame to see expensive shoes go to waste.

This review is for The Lunch Room, Adelaide SA

This little handy lunch stop offers great coffee, food and above all great service. I had a baguette and whilst most items range around the $10 mark, the helpings are good, and the product is fresh. It also offers salads and has lots of seating. Well worth the trip away from the mall.

Approximate cost: $10
