I had a very good experience with Alan and Blinds down Under right from the first phone call till installation . Due to some measurement issue I had not provided the accurate measurements of my window and the blinds were custom made to the size I had given and was slightly large for the window .However Alan make a point to organise and cut the blinds to look perfect for my window without any extra charges .
