Amazing service from my initial phone enquiry right through to delivering my furniture. Lee went above and beyond my expectations after the dealings i had with another company. The boys were fantastic and kept me informed whilst they were loading and unloading my belongings. The move was from Werribee to Wodonga, i highly recommend White Glove movers and will definitely use their service again.

***DO NOT USE*** They cannot manage to deliver boxes on the scheduled day. Left me with no confidence they were going to deliver on the moving day. Extremely unprofessional!
I booked without doing my due diligence (silly me), poor customer service. Ordered packing boxes which were not showing on the invoice, I followed up and was assured these will be delivered on the day and that EFT payment would be available. I never received the boxes and after numerous calls and being promised a call back with an update (which never occurred). I called again only to be transferred and told to give them 5 minutes to chase up. After no call back I called again to cancel my booking, if they can’t deliver on this, I have no confidence they can move my furniture. I’d rather lose $100 deposit then be stranded on the day.
