My son was looking for a particular game title second hand. He saw that EB Games had it in stock, rang the store to confirm that they had it ( We livee 130km away) and then headed to Townsville to pick it up. They lady that served us greeted us with a big hello and asked us if we needed any help. We explained the situation to here and she was really happy to help. You could tell that she enjoyed her work and made us feel right at home. I left the store feeling really good about the experience and will shop there again in future. Oh and the pricing they had on thier second hand games was great . Had original packaing and a 30 day refund policy. Which was explained to me at the timeof purchase. the games ahve worked flawlessly from the time we got them

From the very first time we shopped here we new we were on to something good. As like most other owner run businesses Piotto's staff are always friendly and courteous. They have a huge range of trnkets, music (books, and cd's), musical instruments etc. They are also a local Casket agency . We went there looking for a copy of High School musical 2. unfortunately they did not stock it, however they were more than happy to order one in for us. It took thm less than a week to get us one. Anothet thumbs up for a business that is locally owned and operated.

Risk-Ay hold a huge range of name brand clothing. The staff are always friendly and treat us well. My kids enjoy the range of different brands they have available without having to travel to the big smoke. The store owner also works in the store and goes out of her way to help. They will even attempt to order goods in for you if they don't have it in stock

We moved to Forrest beach 3 Years ago. Tom and Mary, who own run Venables Real Estate, were the first people we spoke to when we were looking for rental accommodation. They made us feel right at home. We were lucky as they only had one house left for rental when we arrived, but it was the perfect house for our family. We were living in Townsvilee before the move and had to organise getting paperwork signed etc long distance. Mary went out of her way to ensure that everything went as smoothly as could be from her end. Everytime we have ahd a problem with anything in the house Mary has acted on it propmptly letting the landlord know. Hopefully our next step will be purchasing our own home. We plan to use Venables Real Estate when the time comes.

Ian Merrit looked after our German Shepherd cross. She had all her hair coming off in clumps on her rump and was constantly scratching herself. Ian was friendly and courteous. You could tell that he loved working with animals as he was very kind and gentle whilst examining our dog. He diagnosed and treated her quickly. He had all the medication we needed on hand. Unfortunately the dog died in an accident a few months later and we went to see Ian again. He arranged to dispose of our dogs carcase and even offered to arrange a cremation for her if we wished. Over all our expeirence with Ian has been very good.

Everytime I shop at Spar they say a big hello and make me feel very wecome. The owners of the business also run the business and live in the local community. They employ a few of the local teenagers. They have a good range of grocery and convenince items. Each week they have specails on brand name products. It would be too expensive to do your weekly gocery shopping if you had a large family but are good for when you run out of something and need it in a hurry. They are open from 7am -7pm which is handy.

Ace Compute Solutions provided me with fantastic advice when I purchased my new computer. Thier sales staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered all the questions I asked in a way that I could undestand. Also I was prepared to spend op to $2000 on a new computer and they asked me how I planned on using my new computer then advised me on pruchasing a computer much cheaper than what I was willing to spend.
