Ezibuy was once a terrific company.. A New Zealand phone operator would help you with everthing and anything..
Now Ezibuy has been bought up by Mosaic Brands, which also own Katties and the like.
So customer service has become nul and void like every other multinational company has.. The great invisible...
As polite as the woman was on the phone, Ezibuy has obviously sacked all it's New Zealand phone operators who'd have been earning a livable wage, and gone off shore to the Philippines or the like for cheap labour.. How typical..
So, I rang to add a couple of things to my order, but ohhh, noooo, we can no longer help a customer out to that level anymore.
So I asked to cancel the order so I could start again and add the extra items myself.. Well, ohhh, nooo, we can't manage that either..
What a load of old rubbish.. My only option was to order the extra items and pay for the postage again.. Well, not on your life..
I shan't be shopping at any of the shops Mosaic Brands now owns and operates.. I have been a loyal Ezibuy shopper for well over a decade but will be no longer..
Basically, they can get nicked...

I had first phoned a most lovely Lady who was ever so helpful. she wandered out into the nurserty and found what it was I was searching for. It was absolutely no trouble or effort.
when I rang to follow up and try to purchase this particular plant, the next two people I spoke were blunt, short and obviously imposed upon and and i found them to be of no help at all.
And where I had planned to go and dine and experience the whole diggers club thing in November when i am down for a conference, I now certainly shan't bother.
