5 stars for service, food, location/views and the whole ambience of this restaurant. Even though it's a fair way away for us, we always feel that it's worth the drive as it's a lovely experience eating here. Hard to beat in terms of service.

This used to be a great site but it's not worth applying to review a product as you spend time writing an entry but will inevitably get the "Sorry, you weren't chosen..." message. However after a few years that wears thin.

Lovely receptionist and easy booking system. Nice ambience in room. That said, I wouldn't get a deluxe pedicure here as I have had this done at 2 other Endota Spas and they were much better than here.

Recently I adopted another cat and have been trying to change over the ownership details and get him registered with council. I needed a certificate to say he was desexed and this morning went to our vet at Pennant Hills Vet Hospital and got the certificate. I went to pay and the vet, Dr Ian Murdoch said "no charge". I highly recommend this vet practice and have been going here since 2000. They are fantastic.

I bought a EPE Carina 65L rucksack and after a few years use the chest strap buckle broke. The rucksack itself was one we really loved and used for Duke of Edinburgh hikes. contacted the retailer who eventually put me in contact with the manufacturer, Explore Planet Earth. I got an immediate reply to my emails and after 2 days was sent a replacement rucksack. Amazing service.

Booking.com scam the user - they gave me a final price and promised no additional fees and no payment till you turn up yet charged me a non refundable fee for using my credit card when there is no other option to pay. Then they asked for multiple pieces of evidence to prove we were charged a fee we shouldn't have been and after all that did nothing. They also mention that they want your CC details to secure the booking yet immediately charged my card.

They cost significantly more than other hotels in the area so we cancelled, only to find we had lost the 2 % already charged to our CC despite promises they don't do this.

Wish we'd read the 100 odd other unhappy customers reviews first on other sites!

Friendly, courteous and helpful vets. Easy to make an appointment and virtually no waiting time. Didn't rush the consultation. Professional and compassionate.

Needed a new washing machine fast as my 11 year old machine was not sounding very healthy. I checked all the major appliance retailers and discovered delivery on a weekend was not easy. This company had the machine I needed, in stock for immediate pick up and discounted lower than the lowest price I could find on shopbot. Very helpful, courteous and hassle free people to deal with.

Great location and totally, mind blowing and amazing views if you have a room facing the beach. Lovely staff and great restaurant on site. Really enjoyed our stay here and you can walk to many attractions.

Really lovely atmosphere and surroundings, service can be great or very slow depending on who you get. The food is good but very overpriced for what it is. Drinks very expensive too.
