Bought 2 Braun cartridge refills for my husband at this shop 2 days ago. We have our home and house contents insurance with NRMA. Their insurance premium is quite reasonable. However, the claim process is really slow. It took us almost 4 months to complete the claim (for house damage due to power loss) and receive the check from NRMA for our insurance claim early this year. The people who handled our claim is just a bit slow in doing their job. But we are happy to stay with them as long as they will not increase their prices.

We experienced an hour flight delay with Virgin Australia but they handled the situation professionally and informed the passengers well about the situation. I love their air bus, it is all modern, clean and really comfortable. They offer free of charge baggages for travelling parents with children (which I took advantage of bringing the portable cotts of my twins). That was really helpful. I love Indian food and this Indian restaurant is the nearest in my location. Their samosa and butter chicken are the best! A little bit spicy but I did handle it well.
