We bought a Subaru Liberty from this dealer through carsales.com.au. We fly to Melbourne to check the car and complete the transaction with them. They are all professionals in this dealership and we really had a good deal with the vehicle that we bought (which you can never find in Subaru Gold Coast). Paid all the extras and additional warranties and arranged all the transaction of transporting the car to QLD. Then the car arrived today and we found out that the car boot liner that we paid for $150 was not installed in the car. So we ring them up and they said that they ran out of stock for boot liners and will just mail the thing to us. That is fine with us but there is a thing called 'communication". NO one bothered telling us either by phone or email that this is going to happen. They are apologetic on the phone, other than that, the car is in excellent condition and my whole family is happy about it. Hopefully the boot liner will show up in the mail. Have no idea for how long.

It was a pure luck that this Tree Lopping service was in our next door neighbor to chop some palm trees off (palm trees are everywhere in Mudgeeraba area). We spoke with Mark and he was very friendly and approachable. We showed him 3 palm trees at our backyard that we want him to chop down. He gave us the price of $100 per tree. Took him a week to finish the job and they left no mess in our backyard which I am really happy about. Now I am happy that the trees are gone and no more palm tree seeds will be scattered everywhere in our back lawn. I would love to recommend Mark and his service, he is fully insured, they do full clean-up after mulching the trees, he accepts cash and offers pensioner/ retirees discount.

We have to bring our Mitsubishi Lancer X to this mechanic since it is showing ABS error codes in its computer system. Lucky it was still under warranty. They were pretty helpful there and I love the waiting area where you can have free coffee/ hot chocolate while waiting for your car to be fixed. They fixed the problem with the code error however when we get the car back, the break is not working properly and it feels very close to the floor. We told them about this and they told us to give it a day or two and it will be gone. One week later, the problem was still there and we called them to book another appointment. They are very helpful on the phone and when we get there, they offered a lift to Australia Fair while they are fixing the problem of the car. When it was all fixed they called to pick us up from the nearby shopping centre. They found out that the break fluid was not replaced properly and that was causing problem with the break.

This car service is not too bad. They are helpful and accommodating however, you just need to be patient with their work performance, other than that, I would highly recommend them.

My husband bought a Samsung Galaxy S2 on eBay (overseas seller) and it came with a camera that doesn't focus properly. It will cost us more or less $50.00 to return the item to the seller with international post online tracking.

Lucky this computer repair store is just next to our family doctor's clinic and we have it checked on the cost of the repair. We were surprised they just quoted us $45.00 to fixed the problem of the camera on the phone. We left the phone with them and after our doctor's appointment we picked up the phone and the problem was totally fixed. I recommend them for any of your phone problems, their service is affordable. Their website is also very informative. Give them a go!

You'll never regret dining from this restaurant if dumplings are what you're looking for. They are so yummy and filling in affordable price. Their service is friendly, too. One of the best, would encourage you to try them.

Had to compare prices for Dunloop tires from different tire centers and only Kmart Tyre & Auto Service got the very competitive price. Had to order the tires for 2 weeks, when advised ordered tires were ready we drop off the car for the tire change. Had a little bit of drama for some trouble changing the tires for our Mitsubishi Evo X is really low. They did their best and complete the job. Will go back to this Tyre Centre for tires services...and what I love most is that I had flybuy points benefits buying tires with them. Very happy customer!

My husband is a timeshare owner of this vacation resort and have 7 weeks free stay at the hotel (depending on your timeshare points, actually). The room is modern and clean. We enjoyed our stay early this year. The only downside is that they will push harder for you to buy more points/ timeshare despite of saying 'no' to them.
We were given $50 voucher and that was really good. Shops and restaurants are just walking distance. Also near to Underwaterworld and Australia Zoo.

I finally had a chance to visit and try the food from this restaurant. My husband was bragging me about the quality of the food offered from this restaurant so we gave it a go. They have their $10 meal special but the drinks are not included. Their seafood was absolutely yummy and fresh! I would definitely go back.

MY 2 year-old daughter got very bad fever and tosillitis last night. She can't sleep and kept on waking up. I rang 13-HEALTH number and was advised to bring my daughter to nearest hospital. We went to Robina Hospital at 11pm, after paperworks done, we're asked to wait outside to be called. We waited and waited for more than an hour. My child was really restless and crying while waiting, but still we were not accomodated after that long wait. We just decided to leave and go home. My child is really tired and needs to rest. My husband and I were also very tired and nothing was happening. We just went home and it is just very disappointing to me, when we were not being attended properly from this hospital, when you will see the people working there just chatting to each other and walking around taking there time. Will one day public hospitals system ever change for good?

My friend asked me to try the sushi varieties of Sushi Sushi at the Food atrium/ Food court in Robina Town Centre and I abslutely loved it! The staff is approachable and friendly. They have reasonable prices considering the taste & flavour of their food. My friend and I really enjoyed sushi from this sushi bar. I am thankful for my friend for telling me about this sushi bar. Will absolutely go back there again.
