I've had to visit Medical One a couple of times when my regular doctor was fully booked...... I mean, if I'm sick today I dont need an appointment next month! I've usually been able to get in here fairly quickly - they have quite a few doctors on at one time. I dont have a specific doctor I visit here, but all the doctors I have experienced have been very professional, friendly and thorough in their examinations and diagnosis.

MY partner and I just had the most relaxing and pampered experience at Fifth Element Day Spa. The spa itself is gorgeous and very peaceful. The special waiting room is like stepping into a nurturing, quiet and relaxing environment. The geisha tub treatment apparently provides a multitude of benefits including relaxation, detoxification, stress relief, increased circulation, rejuvenation and skin toning; we had one word for it - Awesome!

Today is the first day of the second year that I am smoke free, and I owe it to you and the sessions we conducted together in which you helped me see just want my mind and body really wanted. I am very proud to tell people all about how I walked in and 2+ hours later I walked out of our session together a new person, I have not had even the slightest temptation. I can hardly believe that was a year ago!
