Called Josh out to fix a leaking tap and a leaking toilet on 9 Feb 2021. He asked a few questions and for photos while on the phone so he could ensure having the right parts before arriving and minimising the call out time. His assessment of the issues over the phone proved to be correct and he managed to complete the job quickly. He cleaned up before departing.
