If you're looking for fast, cheap, huge choice of oily and ordinary chinese food...then this is the place for you.

Sushi Ten is located in Port Philip Arcade(in between Flinders Ln & Flinders St). If planning to go for lunch then get there early e.g. 12pm, else be prepared to wait for a table. This is one of my favourite places for sashimi in the CBD. Their Sashimi/Sushi lunch plate is reasonably priced with generous sashimi servings. I've found the sashimi to be very tasty/fresh every time I've eaten there...never disappoints.

Went with a group of friends to make use of Entertainment vouchers. Ordered the Lamb and was extremely impressed. Lamb was cooked to perfection and tasted delicious. It must have looked so enticing to everyone as they all asked what I had ordered. Was well worth the visit after considering the 25% off.

Visited this restaurant after purchasing a 'group buy' voucher for a 8 'course' Izakaya Banquet. The restaurant is nicely furnished restaurant and the staff very friendly. For the price I must say it was definitely worth it...there was pleeenty of food for two. The Edamame beans were nice to snack throughout the meal, sashimi was fresh, Wafu steak cooked nicely, basically everything was delicious! Definitely worth a return visit.

Visited Ibuki in Flinders Lane after buying a 'groupby' voucher. They also have another restaurant located on Lonsdale st. Ordered the set banquet and was very impressed. The sashimi was fresh and all dishes were of high quality. If you're worried about paying lots for a banquet but still feeling hungry then worry not...there was sooo much food that I felt bad not eating it! Well worth the money.

Place is run by a Japanese couple and as such the food is authentic. The sizings are generous especially for the cheap prices! Place is quite small so its better for take outs. They have a great curry(as well as an unusual curry Udon) but if you're looking for Ramen look elsewhere.

This is my favorite Beef Pho in all of Melbourne. They are NOT stingy on the amount of Pho for regular size...making it best value for money. The Pho is always great and quick to arrive. No complaints!

Have visited the driving range on a couple of occasions(both on weekends). Weekends can get busy but on both occasions I did not have to wait. Prices have recently increased - $7 for a bucket of 50 balls. There are under cover bays(to keep you relatively dry if raining) and the range is also floodlight. I have not visited any other driving ranges so I cannot make comparisons but I thoroughly enjoyed both my visits.

What can I say...no complaints with the service and quality. Not only do they thoroughly clean your car you get a 'free' parking spot. i.e drop your car off, go shopping and come back once your done.
