... I have been meaning to write to you, but have kept putting it off. I want to thank you so much for your wonderful support to us leading up to and during Mum’s funeral. You conducted the celebration of Mum’s life so beautifully and with great calm and warmth. I particularly appreciated the way you assisted Caitlin when she became upset during her tribute.
