Thank you Sam - I usually buy my produce at the Vic market, but realised at the last minute it would be closed on Saturday so popped down in my lunch hour to Cannings in Hawthorn near my work to get enough to feed 9 adults for a BBQ on Anzac Day. Well, we have never had such delicious sausages ( Toulouse Pork, and Honey Lamb) and also beautiful lamb chops! Everyone was impressed with the quality and taste! So thank you, and I might just have to swing by more often! Looking forward to a beef cheek slow cook later in the week :-)
